Cari Lynn Pace has been a real estate broker for over 37 years, and is a DRE-approved Master instructor, and author of the book "Don't Shoot Me...I'm Just a Real Estate Agent!" She is in constant demand by attorneys for her services as a real estate expert in litigation. Cari knows about the cases that never become public, which account for about 90% of the lawsuits filed. She reads the agent files and advises attorneys what the deciding issues are. She sees the mistakes that agents make. She knows the Achilles' heels of a transaction in trouble, from both the real estate practices and the standard of care legal perspective. Cari has agreed to give us several simple and no-cost practices to train your agents to avoid litigation. She will enumerate red flags that usually lead to problems. You can take these steps back to your offices to make sure your agents know them, and follow them.
