RPA, Disclosure and Risk Management with Gov Hutchinson

Gov Hutchinson will be teaching a Residential Purchase Agreement class. The cost of the class is $50. However, the BOD has approved a special SAOR only -member benefit for the first 80 members that sign up.

Here is how it works:

• The Association will pay $25  for each of the first 80 members.
• The member will be responsible to pay the remaining $25 for the class plus a $10 lunch fee for a total of $35. (A good bargain for the class).
• This fee must  be paid at the time of the sign up and is non-refundable.

In addition, Gov has offered to add-on a FREE class from  1:45 - 3:30pm on Disclosures and Risk Management.
