I have enjoyed being an active part of our Association. I feel extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to represent our group of professionals on the state and national level. I look forward to serving all of you as your 2016 President.

I have lived in Vallejo for 15 years, have my real estate licence for 10 yrs and have been very active in the association for the last 4 yrs.  Sitting on  several committees, chairing the Housing Opportunities committee.  I was elected to the Board of Directors 2014-2015 and look forward to serving as in coming President.

Tim Hiemstra

Tim is the Owner / Broker of Napa River Realty located at 408 Georgia Street in Vallejo. His real estate and experiences include:
- Operating as a licensed CA Real Estate Broker since 1998
- Sits on the Solano Association of Realtors Governmental Affairs Committee
- Former President/CEO in the mortgage and development field
- Worked as a licensed real estate appraiser
- Worked for Dept. of the Navy as a real estate asset manager
- Marine Corps Veteran previously stationed at Concord Naval Weapon Station & Mare Island
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration at UNR
- Proud member of the Vallejo Chamber of Commerce

Melanie Ross

Melanie Ross is a Broker Associate for Coldwell Banker Solano Pacific. She received her real estate agent license in 2005 and in 2012 she passed the Real Estate Broker exam.  Melanie currently serves on the CID committee and prepares all minutes for each meeting.  Since 2006, she has served on the following committees: Education Committee, Real Estate Finance Committee, and Membership Committee. 

Prior to Melanie’s career in Real Estate, she worked over 23 years for AT&T in various sales and staff positions within the Yellow Page Advertising department. These include President-Southwestern Bell Advertising Group, Northern California General Marketing Manager, Strategic Planner, and multiple sales channels in sales management. Her varied and extensive business management experience was an asset when beginning her real estate career. She feels blessed to have a business partner, Jenny Castaneda.

Melanie’s husband of almost 40 years and 24 year old twin daughters keep her grounded. She loves to travel and camp when she can.  Melanie has delivered Meals on Wheels since 2001, served on Reach Out Benicia Board of Directors, Solano County Grand Jury 2002-2003 and participated in numerous Coldwell Banker Solano Pacific activities to benefit the community she lives and works in. 

She shares the vision of SAOR and knows it success is dependent upon its members and leadership.  Melanie will actively participate in promoting SAOR’s mission with integrity, professionalism and a true sense of purpose. 

 

Stacy Ono

Stacy relocated from Southern California, joined Coldwell Banker Solano Pacific, and became a member of the Solano Association in 1995. She recognizes and appreciates the wonderful camaraderie that is unique to our Southern Solano Board. Committed to volunteerism Stacy has been a familiar face in School and Community events. In the past serving as PTG President and Grad night Committee chairman while her children were young then at Relay for Life and other numerous events since. Stacy has demonstrated a history of group purpose and interaction. During her involvement with SAOR she has enjoyed serving on the Grievance and Special events committees eventually becoming the Grievance Chair. In 2008-2010 Stacy was elected and served on the Board of Directors. An experience she felt was very interesting and valuable. Following that she returned to Chair the Grievance committee from 2010 until 2013. At the end of 2013 while attending this Legislation Days in Sacramento she began to experience the Realtor Role in the political arena. Seeing first hand its importance she became energized and recommitted to serving not only Realtors but the consumer interest as well.

In 2012 Stacy was elected to the Board of Directors and has really valued the experience. Becoming more involved, joining committees that are lobbying for grant money to better the Solano home owner. While serving on the board she had the opportunity to help to draft the Strategic Plan for our board, become more involved in Rebuilding Solano, and a number of committees and events.

Stacy is running for a consecutive term to remain on the Board of Directors hoping to continue some of the work started.

 

Toni Foster

Toni has been in SAOR Leadership for the past three years as President-Elect, President, and Past President. She is very active in Association activities and is very involved in governmental      affairs. She has been an active member with SAOR for 16 years and currently works for Twin Oaks Real Estate in Benicia. She has a list of goals she would like to accomplish and wishes to remain on the Board of Directors. She would greatly appreciate your consideration and vote.

  

Patricia Hudnall

“It is my hope to utilize my experiences to help in supporting and furthering the goals of the Solano Association of Realtors and its membership.” Pat Hudnall 

Patricia (Pat) Hudnall is  a native of San Francisco and graduate of  Golden Gate University with a degree  in industrial management. Pat has additionally earned a Six Sigma Black Belt and completed the Executive Leadership and Management Program with the University of Notre Dame.

Today, Pat resides in Benicia California, and is a proud realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties. Her passion is helping people realize the benefits of long term home ownership and look forward to servicing both the association and community in this pursuit.

Pat has worked across multiple industries, from banking/finance to manufacturing, and communications and has gained a wealth of professional experience in delivering business services and solutions, process engineering, product design and delivery, marketing, knowledge management, IT service development and delivery, and mergers and acquisitions.

The goal of being a board member is an opportunity to serve the Association and its members; it is also a privilege to learn from so many others who have worked diligently to fulfill the mission and tenants of the organization.
