Solano County is pleased to introduce to you their First Time Homebuyer Program. The program is made available to eligible applicants buying a home within the UNINCORPORATED area of the County.

Realtors and lenders who want to represent clients in purchases and loans with NSP-3 funds must attend training and be on " participating " agent or lender list. Training is required to become a participating lender or real estate agent for NSP-3.
