The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, "The Voice for Real Estate," is America's largest trade association, representing 1 million members, including NAR's institutes, societies and councils, involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries.

The California Legislature enacted the nation's first real estate license law in 1917. Providing for the licensing and regulation of real estate licensees, this law continues to serve as a model for similar legislation in many other states. The California Bureau of Real Estate (BRE) continues to enjoy a nationwide reputation as a leader in real estate licensing and regulation.

City of Benicia

The City of Benicia is a Bay Area City located adjacent to the Carquinez Strait, which is part of San Francisco Bay. A waterfront City of 28,000, Benicia is known for its small town charm, history and high quality of life.

 

City of Vallejo

The City of Vallejo's story begins in 1844 when General Mariano G. Vallejo saw the promise of the area. Named after him and twice the site of the state capitol in the 1850s, Vallejo grew into an important shipping and naval center.
